Research and development of innovative nanobiodevices based on single-molecule analysis. Ultra-fast single-molecule-DNA sequencing, Ultralow- concentration virus detection, and Ultra-sensitive biomolecule monitoring.

1. Sinle molecule DNA sequencing based on Gating Nano-pore.
2. Ultra-fast separation and analysis of DNA and protein by integrated micro-and nano-fluidics.
3. World standardization of single bio-molecule analysis technology.
