Content of research
Nanocarbons such as carbon nanotubes (CNT) and graphene are expected for fabrication of devices because of their unique structures and superior electrical properties. In this department, synthesis of nanocabons, fabrication and characterization of nanocarbon-based nanodevices are investigated.
[ Current Research Programs ]
- Synthesis of CNTs and graphene, and fabrication of field-effect transistors.
- Formation and characterization of quantum devices and highly sensitive biosensors.
