Content of research

Nanocarbons such as graphene and carbon nanotube are promising materials for the electronic devices in the next generation, due to their unique structures and electronic properties. We investigate a broad range of topics in nanocarbons, from the nanocarbon synthesis to their quantum/biodevice applications.

Current Research Programs

  1. 1. Synthesis of nanocarbons and fabrication of nanocarbon field-effect transistors.
  2. 2. Development of quantum devices or biodevices using nanocarbons.
