Content of research

The laboratory undertakes to fabricate novel porous materials controlled by micro and nano-pore morphology and to develop medical devices, machinery devices, materials parts of automobiles and airplanes etc. Furthermore, our team also focuses on the development of interconnection process and materials for environmental electronics packaging.
