Content of research
One of the unique features of the ISIR is that students from the six graduate schools in Osaka Univ. are brought together to carry out their research studies within the institute. In order to provide multidisciplinary education programs for these students, the Center for Research Education and Training was established in April 2009.
The Center will promote various kinds of educational programs for the students, including the teaching of interdisciplinary sciences through the integration of our multidisciplinary research fields, providing internship opportunities with companies, exchanging students with foreign universities/research institutes and providing opportunities to acquire technical skills beyond their own research discipline.
