It is a great pleasure for us to announce that The Third SANKEN International Symposium: "Advanced Nanoelectronics: Devices, Materials and Computing" will be held in Osaka, Japan on March 14th to 15th, 2000. This symposium will provide the opportunity to present novel discoveries of recent developments in Nano optical and electronic devices (dot or wire lasers, single electron transistors, SPM applied devices, etc.), Materials and Characterization (nanostructures, wide-gap semiconductors, magnetic semiconductors etc.), Polymer-electronics and Molecular Devices, Computational Physics, Advanced Computing and Quantum Computing. Your participation and contributions to the poster presentations are deeply appreciated.
