The ICHO Festival is a welcoming event for new students to the university, but it is also a great opportunity to cultivate mutual friendship among faculty, staff, students, and the local ommunity. Moreover, it is a celebration of the anniversary of the university's founding on May 1. ISIR held various events entitled “Science connects Industry and Future” at the festival. Just as last year, we had “Sanken (ISIR) Science Lab for Kids” and observed trajectories of radiation in a cloud chamber as research experience for kids. In the Science Café, everyone enjoyed various science talks by scientists. 474 people visited ISIR in a day and enjoyed the festival.
