Content of research

Our target is to develop new electronics devices or sensing methods that can meet various social demands. In particular, we focus on spintronics devices made of nano-meter-thick metallic thin films or their stacks, flexible spintronics devices, and quantum/biodevices using nano carbon materials.

Current Research Programs

  • 1. Development of flexible spintronics sensors
    2. Control of magnetism using external means
    3. Synthesis of nanocarbons and fabrication of nanocarbon field-effect transistors.
    4. Development of quantum devices or biodevices using nanocarbons.
    5. New spin devices for monitoring civil infrastructure
