What is sexual harassment?
“Sexual harassment” is any unwanted sexual comments or behavior during the pursuit of professional duties, research, study, or extracurricular activities, whether at the University or not.
Sexual harassment also occurs when the environment of any individual pursuing those activities is damaged as a result of the offender’s behavior, and also when the victim’s circumstances largely depend upon the acceptance of sexual harassment.
