SANKEN International Symposium welcomes the submission of posters (and associated abstracts).
Poster session will be held by onsite and online (oVice).
Poster awards will be given to students with excellent presentations.
Please use the following template to prepare your abstract.
Important Dates
Poster Registration Deadline: December 5th, 2023
Poster Abstract Deadline: December 18th, 2023
Poster upload for oVice : From January 6th, 2024 to January 9th

STEP1
Please visit the registration page and fill in the required fields, and then select “Yes” at Poster Presentation.
STEP2
Please submit an abstract using the web form.
<What you need to do on site>
STEP3
Please prepare an A0 size poster. （In SANKEN, Information Network Office)
STEP4
Please put up your poster in the designated place before the poster session starts.
Poster size: 880 x 2050 mm
Poster room: B1F Lobby
Please remove your poster as soon as possible after the poster session.

Please publish your poster on Ovice by January 9 according to the manual. (Google account required)
STEP4
Please install Ovice Go on your smart phone, log in during the poster session, and turn on the speaker and microphone.
*Ovice Go is an application that allows you to virtually ask and answer questions to those who have attended.
