Construction of RNA–Small Molecule Interaction Database

We are constructing a database of "RNA–small molecule interaction information" obtained through binding screening. In the AMED project, we have extracted RNA motifs such as internal loops and hairpin loops from the RNA 3D Motif Atlas and conducted screening using small-molecule compounds provided by pharmaceutical companies participating in AMED. To date, we have obtained more than 200,000 datasets (RNA × compound). We are aggregating and organizing these data to build a searchable database. The scope of data disclosure and its availability are currently under discussion within the project.
