1. SANKEN-Overseas Research Institutes Brain Circulation Program

【 From SANKEN to Overseas Institutes 】

During two fiscal years, 2017 and 2018, 10 young researchers will be sent to overseas partner organizations that are registered in the JSPS program plan. The partner institutions registered are: Harvard University, Stanford University, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Carnegie Mellon University, imec, Forschungszentrum Jülich, University of Utrecht, Max Planck Institute (Stuttgart, Mainz) and Technical University of Denmark. Assistant professors, associate professors, post-doctoral researchers of SANKEN are eligible to be selected as the overseas dispatch-researchers. Expenditures for their study abroad will be all covered by JSPS. The young researchers are obliged to stay longer than 300 days up to one year, totally.

2. International Symposiums

A symposium “Global Networking on Molecular Technology Research” supported by JSPS will be held at Osaka University, FY2017 and FY2018.
