Award Comments

I am honored to have received this prestigious award. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the many professors who have guided me throughout my research, as well as to my fellow researchers and students who have worked diligently alongside me.

In this study, I elucidated the mechanisms of action and inhibition of bacterial drug efflux pumps, which play a crucial role in the development of multidrug resistance in bacteria. I am deeply humbled by the recognition of my past achievements.

Currently, I am collaborating with pharmaceutical companies to develop new drugs based on the findings of this research, and we have already identified several promising candidate compounds. I hope to further refine these efforts with the goal of early practical application and to make a meaningful contribution to preventing future pandemics caused by drug-resistant bacteria.
