SAKE Junmai Ginjo “HATSU”
Sake produced and sold as a product of the "Research on Yeast Gene Analysis and Fermentation," a joint research project between Visgene Corporation and Kuroda Laboratory.
SANKEN, located in Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture, worked on the development of this product through a project with Ibaraki City and sake rice and brewers in the city. This is not only a social implementation of the research results that SANKEN always aims for, but also a social contribution to Ibaraki City.

Junmai Daiginjo "HATSU" Slightly sparkling nigori SAKE
Sake produced and sold as a product of the "Research on Yeast Gene Analysis and Fermentation," a joint research project between Visgene Corporation and Kuroda Laboratory.
This golden sparkling sake is an example of how the bioscience knowledge and methods developed by Sangyo Research Institute of Osaka University were utilized in the product of industry-academia collaboration, just like the sake. Note that the slightly sparkling golden nigori sake is a limited edition product created through a process of trial and error.
