We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all our partners and colleagues for their continued support of the Institute of Scientific and Industrial Research.
The Institute officially began its activities for the new year on January 5. On this occasion, we held a New Year gathering for members of the Institute, where ZENZAI—a traditional sweet red bean soup—was served using rice cakes prepared during a year-end community event. The gathering provided a valuable opportunity to reaffirm the sense of collegiality and shared purpose that supports our daily research activities.

As social and industrial environments continue to evolve rapidly, the role of academic research is becoming increasingly diverse and significant.
