Hirotaka KOGA, Associate Professor, Dep. of Functionalized Natural Materials, has been awarded the JSPS Prize 2024, established by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS).
This prestigious prize was established in FY 2004 with the aim of advancing Japan's academic research to the world's highest level. It recognizes and supports outstanding young researchers with exceptional creativity and research capabilities. By identifying and honoring such researchers early in their careers, the prize seeks to foster their motivation, support the development of their research, and contribute to raising the standard of academic research in Japan to a globally competitive level.
