Comprehensive Analysis Center plays a part in the wide range of "materials research" at the Institute, from basic to applied research, and comprehensively conducts compositional analysis and structural analysis of various materials. Large- and medium-sized analytical instruments and computer systems that are highly shared with other researchers are centrally located in the Research Building Annex, where compositional analysis, state analysis, structural analysis, and evaluation of physical properties can be efficiently performed. In addition, several research projects are being conducted by making full use of these instruments.
