Q1. What do you do?

I have a job manufacturing blood product, which are used for blood transfusions, from donated blood. There is a lot of responsibility in my job, because part of it is delivering safe blood transfusion products to be used for patients waiting for blood transfusions. However, it is a fulfilling job.

Q2. What have you applied to your current work from what you learned at Nagai Lab, and how has it been utilized.

・Eliminating My reluctance to Speak the English Language.
Through exchanges with research students from Taiwan, at Japanese style mutton barbeque parties and idea seminars at Nagai Laboratory, my apprehension to the English language has been nearly eliminated. When creating research plans related to Blood Services, I searched for overseas essays. I think that the reason I was able to easily understand them is because of my experiences speaking English in Nagai Laboratory.
 ・A+α
I learned how to improve work efficiency by searching for essays in the spare a few minutes I had during experiments (A) and by following the example of seniors who were advancing with other experiments (+α). At my current job, I endeavor to finish work on time by using all my free time during the working day without wasting a minute.

Q3.Message to juniors

Since university, I have played the cello as a hobby. My hobby is very useful for switching on and off from work. If you currently have a hobby, please treat it as something very precious.
